monster party

I created a two page layout from two different sketches.

The stamping in the left corner is from Recollections by Michael's. The ticket is by Echo Park and the flags are Basic Grey. The little quote banner thingy is from 24 Seven by Simple Stories.

The sticker letters are by BoBunny and the tickets are by Maya Road.

Looks kinda wild, huh? Ha. That's how I like to scrap. I used lots of Night Light by October Afternoon as well as bits from Sassafras Lass "Monstrosity" and TPC Studios "Robots and Rayguns."

PAPA *Memorable Seasons*

I used bits from my November kit featuring Memorabilia from Teresa Collins

It's on sale for a steal right now!

I used watercolor paint on this layout. I've never used it on a layout before! At first, it was just a mess but it all balanced out with stamping and layers of fun bits. I think the "giggle" stamp is Stampology. "This is you and me" is from Pink Paislee. The little circle hearts and balloon are stamps from American Crafts. The hexagons are MME and the heart rows are Studio G.

December Kit Reveal *Memorable Seasons*

For December, I'll be using Believe by Heidi Swapp. I was so excited when I learned I would be working with this line. When I received it, I couldn't figure out why I was so excited? Then, I started working with it got excited all over again! I can't wait to show off what I've come up with!

rocktober *Memorable Seasons*

I was inspired by this digital template from Scrap Orchard.

I used a quite a variety of old products from my stash.

And then I threw the whole thing in the recycling bin.

Okay, I lied. I rescued the fun bits and gave the photos to my son and then threw it in the recycling bin. I just don't love it and I don't have enough square footage for pages I don't love.

So, I tried a different approach. This time, I used two different sketches.

I used Oct 31st by Fancy Pants.

yo gabba gabba *Memorable Seasons*

Once upon a time, two yahoos went to the mall. They were supposed to be birthday shopping for Daddy Yahoo. Instead, they were distracted by an arcade and a photo booth. When they finally finished their shenanigans and focused they were able to find the perfect birthday present for Daddy Yahoo: Yo Gabba Gabba Vans.

You can find Teresa Collins, Simple Stories, Studio Calico, Basic Grey and more in the

first day of school

Who doesn't love a good lifting challenge? At Memorable Seasons, we love to lift our Member of the Month. This month, we're scraplifting Ginni!

I picked this delightful holiday layout to lift.
I love the circle element, the bitty banner at the left, the strip through the center, and the word art...

My lift.
Most of this layout came from my November kit featuring Memorabilia by Teresa Collins. At first, I was worried that this collection would be too "pretty" for my usual style but I think I've successful wonkified this collection haha! As usual, I brought in elements from my previous kits. The banner in the left is cut from 24/7 paper by Simple Stories. The bingo card and the file folder tab with the art are also Simple Stories. The doily is from a Heartfelt Creations die. I also used a variety of stamps on this layout.

Tool Challenge *Memorable Seasons*

I've got a Tool Challenge for you! Use your acrylic blocks.

In this layout, I used my blocks to stamp and to create shapes. I used all three of my blocks and traced around them. Your challenge is to use your acrylic blocks either for stamping or something else creative.

How about a round of applause for Delicate Asters?! I'm going to baldly admit that I didn't care for the flower style when I first received this collection shocked smiley photo: Shocked Smiley Smiley_Shocked.gif. However, I have loved it every single time I use it. I was inspired by this shabby chic page from Maiko's gallery. The papers are all from Delicate Asters Paper Collection. The doilies and labels are from Parisian Accents, Fancy Tags, and Layered Elegant Swirl. The butterflies and birds are stamped from Brookside Manor and cut from Garden Romance.

The purple flowers are stamped with Bold Delicate Asters and Delicate Asters. They are cut from Delicate Asters Dies. The pink flowers are stamped and cut from Posy Patch and Vintage Floret.
